PCR Reaction Buffer
This buffer is for use in PCR reactions and used in 50 microliter reactions. The final working concentration is MgCl2 1.5mM, 50mM KCL , 10mM Tris-HCL pH 8.3.
The concentrate is diluted 1:2 with deionised distilled water to the get required strength above. The buffer is supplied in 100ml bottes and is 0.2 micron filtered and autoclaved sterile.
