Bromophenol Blue 10x

Description:

Bromophenol Blue Loading dye also contains Sucrose Xylene cyanol, beside BPB.

It is used as a loading dye for use with DNA and Protein Electrophoresis. It is pipetted into the well with the sample of the gel and elctrophoresed through the PAGE, indicating the migration front of the gel. Sucrose acts to pull the sample in to the wells by incresing sample density.
