Premium Phosphate Buffered Saline (1X PBS, pH 7.4)

Description:

1X Phosphate Buffered Saline  

(pH 7.4) Sterile and Ready to Use.
Made from Ultra-pure materials >99.9% pure. 1xPBS is 0.2 micron filtered, (electrostatic)  Gamma Radiation sterilised and  supplied  in a 10L sealed bag in box.

1X Phosphate Buffered Saline  is LAL tested for Endo-toxin and microbiology TVC tested for bacteria.

Typical Values LAL = <0.05EU/ml,  TVC= 0 (zero)
Ideal for larger routine laboratory use or bulk volume requirements.
Commonly used in all aspects of Biological research and preparative work , !x PBS is ideal for maintaining constant pH, iso-tonic and non toxic to cells, 
also  used as a diluents and wash buffer.
(1x PBS sterile can be stored at room temperature, but non-sterile solutions will need refrigeration to prevent bacterial growth over time)
 
(This product is made up to the Dulbecco’s formulation ubiquitously used in bioscience laboratories.)

It is also  available in various other pack sizes from 100ml, 500ml and 1000ml  (autoclaved) to 10L bag in box (Gamma Sterilised)  and 20L Jerry cans (non sterile).
