Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween 20. (PBST)

This is a 10X PBS with 0.5%v/v Tween 20 concentrate which is diluted to working strength giving a 1X PBS with 0.05%v/v Tween 20 solution pH7.4 (1XPBST) . Used in ELISA plate washing and other molecular biology

Immunology buffer washing techniques. Supplied Autoclaved sterile and 0.2 micron filtered.

Dilute the 10X PBST to working strength with sterile ddH2O.
